MARKETECH Solutions doo, Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. For any privacy matter you can reach us at privacy@slikair.com.

• Contact data you provide voluntarily (name, business email, company, phone, message content).
• Technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, language and referring URL.
• Usage data such as pages viewed, time on page, clicks, scroll depth and session recordings/heatmaps in aggregated form.

We use the following third-party tools, which set cookies or similar identifiers:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) — measurement ID G-TY49B7CJS4. Used to understand aggregated website traffic and content performance.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland) — project ID xzxzu9f0oj. Used for heatmaps and anonymised session replays to improve usability.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland) — partner ID 7458370. Used for campaign measurement and audience building.

These tools may transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months, Clarity data for up to 12 months and LinkedIn identifiers for up to 30 days (or as configured by the provider). Business correspondence is retained for up to 5 years unless a longer statutory period applies.

We share personal data only with processors acting on our instructions (hosting, analytics, CRM and email providers), with professional advisers, and with authorities where legally required. We never sell personal data.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority or the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
